Processing & Shipping Times
    •    Orders are processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
    •    Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after processing.
    •    Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

Shipping Rates & Carriers
    •    We offer flat-rate shipping of $8.95 or free shipping on orders over $100.
    •    All orders are shipped via USPS.

Order Tracking
    •    Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
    •    Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.

Shipping Restrictions
    •    We currently ship to U.S. only.
    •    We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Delayed or Lost Packages
    •    We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
    •    If your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
    •    If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at simplysherellboutique@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Changes & Cancellations
    •    Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been processed.
